From Bloody Disgusting, Rob Zombie is celebrating the 20 year release of House of 1000 Corpses with an updated commentary track. As originally teased from Rob Zombie’s Instagram, a new digital only release of the film will be full of extras including this new commentary. Expected release is later in April, 2023.

Reports are coming in that suggest Netflix is in talks with acclaimed director Guillermo del Toro to produce Frankenstein. Early reports also suggest Mia Goth and Andrew Garfield are slated for the lead roles.
Fresh off his Oscar win for Pinnochio, Del Toro will surely bring a fresh, and creepy take to this timeless classic.

Massive news if you are a Godzilla fan. For the first time ever, the 1997 television series Godzilla Island is available in North America, subtitled in English. From Rue Morgue magazine, it was announced the star of Creature From The Black Lagoon, Ricou Browning has died at the age of 93. The last of the Universal Monsters. Ricou also played Gill-Man in Revenge of the Creature and Teh Creature Walks Among Us before devoting his efforts to Writing and cinematography. Ricou Browning died February 27.
